Designers Frederick Molenschot and Susanne Happle are the brains behind Solid Poetry, concrete with a twist. During dry weather, it looks gray and boring. But add some rain into the equation and you get pavement with decorative patterns that stay like this for as long as there is moisture on the surface of the concrete. The applications of Solid Poetry are endless: it is ideal for humid environments such as a bathrooms, gardens or public spaces. The designs can be changed to include sentences as well. It would be amazing to look down on a rainy walk home and see Lodged by Robert Frost come to life on the side walk.
