Teen builds single-person submarine, and it actually works

It took him just six months and $2,000 to do it, but high school student Justin Beckerman has engineered a fully functional single-person U-boat submarine out of drainage pipes and a skylight. It can plunge down to a watery depth of 30 feet and he has already done three successful dives with it. It looks brilliant.
