Motorola’s advanced technologies head Regina Dugan, who used to head the US Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency, recently unveiled new technologies at the D11 conference that could change the way we log in in future. One is the “authentication vitamin”, which involves a pill that’s powered by stomach acid to produce an 18-bit authentication signal. This renders the entire body as the password itself (not sure how long it will last though). Another one is the electronic password tattoo which is being developed by electronics company MC10 and can be worn anywhere on your skin.
