Edith Widder: How we found the giant squid

The Kraken is real. And now we have the scientific proof. The giant squid (Architeuthis) has been caught on film thanks to oceanographer and inventor Edith Widder. She came up with the clever idea of luring it in with special lights rather than hunting the colossal creature. The video is only eight and a half minutes.
