The Slap: an awesome Australian TV series

A man slaps a child that isn’t his own at a family barbecue. This is the incident that starts The Slap, an amazing eight part Australian TV series which is based on a novel of the same name by Christos Tsiolkas. I really loved the book when I read it and usually books are better then their visual counterparts, but this series is as good as the book, if not better. The cinematography, the actors, the soundtrack, they are all so perfect.
