Two of the greatest bands then, Nirvana and The Smashing Pumpkins, took to a game of Twister in a surreal turn back in time, with D’arcy Wretzky spinning and dictating moves, Dave Grohl looking remarkably bright-eyed and innocent, and Krist Novoselic being a general mess. And Kurt Cobain stepping gingerly to the board for his turn at 1:11? Gold.
