French artist Michel Blazy staged his Bouquet Final installation at a French medieval chapel with foam spewing forth from a metal structure that generates foam non-stop. It’s supposed to convey the message that art cannot be pickled and canned — it has to be experienced. Wonder if anyone skipped past through these skimpy Do-Not-Cross barriers to start a foam party. We definitely had that in mind.
