I have a folder in my bookmarks called Time Wasters. It is the first place I go when I have been on my computer for a while and just want to zone out on silliness for a bit, rather get any actual ‘work’ done. The first in this list is Instant Cosby, a full screen one GIF at a time site where you can click away until your heart’s content before the rapid flashing gives you vertigo.
