Velopresso: An espresso bar on wheels

Two English product design students decided to combine their love of cycling, coffee and all things eco – giving birth to the mobile espresso bar Velopresso. The Velopresso operates on power provided by the barista’s pedaling and uses absolutely no electricity. Pedaling grinds the coffee while a camp stove heats the water – the steam being used to power the machine. The designers are even looking at reusing coffee grounds as a fuel. Drink up!
