If you’re happy, wag that mechanical cat tail

A wearable tail that wags when you’re excited? Yes, the Japanese have thought of it and developed a prototype for it. Tailly is the brainchild of Tokyo-based product designer Shota Ishiwatari, who was also responsible for these brain-controlled cat ears that got everyone excited not too long ago. It comes with sensors on the belt that detect the wearer’s heart rate, which essentially means that the tail comes alive when you’re excited. As a YouTube user commented, “WHAT HAS SCIENCE DONE“. Beats us too.
