Punto y Raya is a unique festival that allows only works made from dots and dashes. It may seem too specific, but if we look a little back in time – the history of images in motion – one realizes that they are the most basic form of visual building blocks. Look at Larry Cuba, Norman McLaren  or Len Lye. The event started back in 2007 and as of November has completed its fourth edition.
