‘Say it in Kiwi’ to win an NZ Hobbit trip and experience
There’s just two days left to win yourself an ultimate Tolkien enthusiast prize to see The Hobbit: An Unexpected Journey via Wellington’s ‘Say it in Kiwi’ competition. The contest is looking to bring out your inner Orc, Frodo or King Kong, so jump onto filmmewlg and record yourself using a webcam saying a movie line from any one of The Lord of the Rings trilogy, Avatar, King Kong, The Adventures of Tin Tin or District 9.
Get creative, dress up and drop a strong Kiwi accent to boost your chances.
The prize is awesome: two winners will be flown to Wellington (aka Wellywood), be taken on a Lord Of The Rings tour, have some prosthetics treatment from Weta Workshop to be transformed into a Middle-earth creature, and grab tickets to the first public screenings of the first of Sir Peter Jackson’s Hobbit series.
The competition closes on 6th December and winners will be announced on the Positively Wellington Tourism (PWT) website and Facebook page on 7th December.
