Neil Burger’s Limitless

I’ve been fortunate to recently acquire a cinema guru. Movies in my past often left me cold and degraded, particularly (with some notable exceptions) if they came out after 1976. Neil Burger’s Limitless, however, is a different story. It has got everything I need for rapt viewing: drugs, suspense, resource management … all wrapped up in a sexy, snarky, sci-fi shitstorm, and though it’s over a year old now, nobody but my guru told me, so I’m telling you. The acting ain’t bad, either.
