Mike Patton performs with a 40 member orchestra

You’d know him from Faith No More, as the lead singer of Mr Bungle who played with Tomohawk. Yes! Mike Patton. Just recently, my iPod switched into a phase of progressive, experimental and metal sounds and is now playing my favourite album of the moment, Mondo Cane. I know, I’m behind the times. Released in 2010, this all-Italian album wreaks of European based operatic notes fused with that distinct rock melody only a 40 member orchestra and 15 piece backing band could handle. He is the man who bounces beats on my lazy summer Sundays.
