Stunning hi-res images of cities at night from the ISS

This hi-res collection of photographs of the Earth’s cities at night was captured far above the Earth itself. Filmed from the International Space Station, these breath-taking images were shot at over 28,000 kilometres per hour. These photographs of large cities such as Istanbul, Beijing, Melbourne, Montreal, and London are currently held at NASA’s Johnson Space Center in the astronaut photography archive.
