Zuiikin English: keep fit and learn dating tips

Who does their exercise routine to morning TV anymore? No one. It’s a shame. One of the greatest unknown pleasures of TV in the 90s is Zuiikin English, a 24-part Japanese television series where viewers can pick up a smidgen of English while executing the somewhat banal exercise moves of the Zuiikin Gals. If one could get abs from laughing, this is it. The not-too-helpful English phrases introduced on the show include ‘I have a bad case of diarrhea’ and ‘You look sensational in that dress’. This being early 90s, the music’s straight out of the tacky 80s. We know you’ll enjoy this.
