Now your houseplant can tweet you

As if attention-seeking PEOPLE on Twitter weren’t enough, now your plant can tweet you when it’s feeling needy. We’re already following the bird-brained musings of Feral Pigeon on Twitter, but now even plants have a platform to speak their mind. Botanicalls Plant Monitor is an electronic soil monitor that alerts you via Twitter when your plant is in need of some water or sunlight. Here’s one plant’s Twitter account, which surprisingly has over 4,000 followers.
