Jason Freeny’s anatomical Barbie shows us what the doll looks like when you peel back her plastic skin. Her insides are still prettier than any human’s, but maybe this will inspire a new generation of plastic surgeons.

Man, I thought this had so much potential for pointing out the anatomical-incorrectness of the actual Barbie, due to the fact that she was originally design as a fantasy doll for men. Could have been a really interesting cultural critique. What a miss on both the part of the artist (as far as I can tell) and the writer of this article.
