One Day in Paradise: Japanese Lolita fashion

In December 2008, One Day in Paradise was founded to meet the needs of Australians interested in Japanese Lolita fashion, who previously had to buy their favourite brands online. Originally starting as a home business in Armadale, store founder Marie now operates One Day in Paradise from the back of Visage and Vice in Fitzroy, where customers can try on items, get their measurements and receive advice on coordinating their outfit. The store stocks many of the biggest brands in Lolita, including Baby, the Stars Shine Bright, Innocent World and Angelic Pretty.
