Shadow Puppet: the debut release from Black Rabbit

Shadow Puppet is the debut release by New Jersey experimental electronica project, Black Rabbit. Out on Drug Arts Records, the 10-track LP sounds like a dark and ambient venture into some of the wildest parts of your mind. Incorporating droning synths, African drums and ostinatos, the album serves as a weird and wonderful introduction into the inner-thoughts of Christopher Padula. A self-described ‘woozy non-vocal cousin to Iggy Pop’s The Idiot’, this is one to check out if you feel like dabbling in the dark world that is experimental electronica.
