There’s more then meets the eye with these    that are really, uh, cupcakes. These neat meaty-looking cupcake nuggets are among the many experimental cupcake recipes that food blogger Stef serves up on her Cupcake Project blog and are really “cupcake pieces breaded with cupcakes and then deep fried”. Fried cupcakes? Apparently the taste is like “doughnuts with crispy, sweet exteriors”. Best served with imitation BBQ sauce, like raspberry jam.
