Michael Proft’s style is singularly distinct and memorable. Among his subject matters, my favorites are set in a range of environments the world over, doing things like pulling carts and eating lunch, and you’ll easily lose yourself in the maze of curves that makes lines into people and places. They are enchanting snapshots of everyday life that are yet able to provoke the imagination as you are drawn into their story.
