Loaf Magazine: an art magazine for kids

If you share the views of the late Whitney Houston on children, then you should be scared. The state of children’s entertainment has been a sorry clusterfuck to the lowest common denominator since Tickle Me Elmo. Loaf aims to remedy that by showcasing top independent illustrators and graphic artists in a magazine for 9-12 year olds that doesn’t t-a-l-k d-o-w-n. They’re currently raising funds for the first publication and initial workshops in Bristol, and just possibly, inspiring a new generation of creators. Funding ends on September 24.
