Instagram has finally met its match in a text clone: the Text-Only Instagram. It sounds exactly like its name, so instead of another generic artsy shot of a vintage bicycle or some random cafe, Text-Only Instagram distills the pictorial contents as sharp, wryly-observed tweets. No faster way for Instagram users to realise they’re no different from every other Instagram user who takes the same picture as they do. Besides Text-Only Instagram, there’s also Pictureless Pins, which takes a dig at Pinterest in largely the same way.
