We first spotted subversive graffiti artist Mobstr in 2010, when he had a very public collaborative art process going on with the city council in Newcastle. He hasn’t lost his sarcasm since — just check out some of his newer works that make statements about advertising, living in cities, and yes, more proof that city councils just don’t take instructions well.
