UK’s The Word Magazine, the only music magazine I’ve ever bothered to subscribe to, recently announced they were shutting down for good in August this year. Its companion website has an witty user community and active forums with brilliant threads. Like this one where everybody chipped in with pictures of pop stars (looking like they’re) breaking wind. This will go down in history as one of the many memorable moments The Word has had in its run.
