Blank City is a documentary about the late-70s underground film culture in New York City. The film is directed by Céline Danhier and is full of great stories and rare footage of film-makers and their friends who were around the city doing what they felt was right in film-making. The film is acts as a love letter to all those who had influenced contemporary culture and it is an excellent cultural document for anyone interested in making something from nothing.
