I met this beautiful art butcher from Geneva, Boosher, a couple of months ago, and was immediately drawn to her gnarly, adorable and a tad deadly misfits and monsters. Her creatures have seen impressive incarnations in murals and wood panels, plush toys and sculptures.

She recently opened her two-man art show in Switzerland, Apocalypse Mon Amour, and also painted at last year’s Art Basel in Miami with the rest of her crew, Army of Snipers. Her fusion of the endearing and the macabre is distinct. Her art alludes to childhood, triggering memories of soft toys, Saturday morning cartoons, and the bloody, scabby mess you make getting yourself wounded riding your bike.
