Bob’s Bitters

Like a good pop-up or closed-door restaurant, there is a bit of mystery around Bob’s Bitters. But the clandestine nature only adds to the appeal, of course. Mixologists are wild for the bottles – and have taken to requesting bespoke flavors, too – which are making their way into stellar cocktails at London’s hottest bars. Or so we hear.
