This awesome one-of-kind jewelry by Margaux Lange plays with the idea of using old Barbie doll parts by turning them into lovely creative jewelry. It now makes me wish I didn’t gave my dolls away.

I love the barbie part jewelry you posted earlier this week! It made me think of my vintage barbie shoe earrings that I have been making. I am essentially a glorified hoarder and I ended up with someone’s collection of 1970′s Barbie shoes. They are so well crafted and not trashy the way today’s Barbie shoes are. I knew they had to be shown off in some in some manner. Since they come in a pair and are lightweight earrings seemed logical. Here are links to a few pairs of my Barbie shoe earrings. http://www.etsy.com/listing/97061734/sensible-wedge-barbie-shoe-earrings http://www.etsy.com/listing/96429773/hot-pink-barbie-shoe-and-cassette-tape
I also make pottery with rude things written on it but that’s a whole other story : )
Thanks,
Sara Lynch
