I have a fascination with ridiculous animals, most especially pandas. Why do we save pandas? They cant even help themselves. They sit around all day eating. Pandas are the animal equivalent of an overweight American, except the pandas won’t willingly reproduce. There are perfectly good animals we can be saving: animals that persevere despite looming extinction: animals that will willingly reproduce. This is a photo of a researcher dressing as panda trying to save a panda. The other (below) is a photo of Shaq sitting with a panda on his lap. You can decide for yourself which one is more ridiculous, but I have a feeling it’s going to take you a minute.

I agree with you about pandas but what about penguins?
They serve no purpose.
I’ve always disliked them, and I do not care about March of the Penguins.
They should be eaten and/or used for fuel.

Well said. Actually, my original draft of this entry was going to involve pandas, penguins, and koalas. But in the interest of succinctness I let the pandas fly solo. Also, because I couldnt find any images of the other animals that are nearly as silly as those.
