The Gill Man vs Suburban Sprawl: new artwork by Tarra Wood
South Florida artist Tarra Wood is inspired by popular culture and American societal values. In her work, she frequently incorporates movie monsters, dinosaurs, cheesy science fiction and anything relating to films or television.
Her artwork addresses these subjects with humor, nostalgia and a commentary on the state of today’s world, whether it be an environmental, political or cultural statement. We’re thrilled to offer three original Tarra Wood paintings in the Lost At E Minor store.

The newest giclee print from Rebel Unlit, Inquiry into Jellyfish, is an adventure in mixed media. We love the subtleties of this piece, which could be missed at first glance: the transparencies, the color distress, the foreground texture. We’re also a pretty big fan of that jellyfish. Inspired by Haruki Murakami’s The Wind-Up Bird Chronicle, this limited-edition piece is printed on cotton matt archival 310gsm paper and is available now in the Lost At E Minor online store.

Set up in 2011, Rebel Unlit is a printing collaboration between London based Artists Neil Butler and Shanney Mulcahy.
