Budget Travel complied the 2011 list of the world’s weirdest hotels. Top on my personal list include a converted oil rig-cum-diving reef in Malaysia; a two-guest-only luxury plane parked in the Netherlands; and the only fully rotating 360-degree hotel in the world in Turkey.
