
Daniel Clowes’ graphic novel The Death Ray
I recently purchased and read Daniel Clowes’s newest graphic novel, The Death Ray. Clowes’s illustrations are beautifully clean and the story was fantastic, dealing with a super hero who is faced with very real and depressing issues.

Umshini Wam is a short film featuring South African rappers Ninja and Yo Landi of the notorious group Die Antword.

This new t shirt from Australian label Das Monk was designed by Tim Laing, an illustrator working in South-East England who is currently illustrating a trilogy of novels by John Le Carre for The Folio Society.

Black Eyed Dog is the project of Fabio Parrinello, a singer-songwriter from Varese, in northern Italy. His second album, Rhaianuledada (Songs To Sissy), brims with a brooding intensity, referencing the best British folk ballads of the past. Rhaianuledada (Songs To Sissy) was recorded at Vicolo Recording Studio in Sicily by Fabio Genco and was mastered by Luca Martegani in Varese. Listen to the track Honeysuckle Gal.
