This news story reminds me a of a joke I heard when I was a kid. Except in the joke, I think she throws it out the window. One of the top comments on the video seems fairly accurate: ‘this news report looks like south park’s news reports’.

Yeah that joke was John wayne Bobbit.. she cut it off, then threw it out her window as she drove down the highway.
