Strummerville is a charity that was set up by friends and family of Joe Strummer after he died. Amongst other things, they support and give opportunities to young musicians or people whose lives could be improved through music and they have been incredibly supportive to me over the last few years.

They put on these awesome one day mini-festivals in the Summer and Winter at their base under the Westway flyover in London. They have also maintained Joe’s Campfire at Glastonbury, which now has it’s own little stage. We played there this year and it was a lot of fun. They sell loads of Strummerville branded merchandise. I’ve got a couple of their T-shirts.
