Scottish artist Paul Cadden crafts meticulous hyper-realistic portraits from pencil and graphite. Of his art, he says: ‘The art created from the photo is used to create a softer and much more complex focus on the subject depicted, presenting it as a living tangible object’. Indeed, if you didn’t know better, you’d swear they were photographs. But they’re not. Remarkable.
