Mike Egan
I am a Pittsburgh-based artist who grew up drawing cartoons, skateboard graphics, break dancers, and later, serial killers. After receiving my BFA from Edinboro University of PA, I obsessively started to paint skeletons, devils and saints in my spare time.
Several years later I received my diploma in funeral directing/embalming from the Pittsburgh Institute of Mortuary Science. My paintings are greatly influenced by my past work in funeral homes as well as Halloween, the Day of the Dead, southern folk art, churches, German Expressionism and horror films.

These are very cool, and dare I say cute. I am slightly reminded of stick man, love the work. You can really see the influences in his work.
