At first glance, French artist Véronique Meignaud’s personal pieces resemble a few exploded buckets of paint or primitive pen scribbles.
But they tighten up upon closer inspection, often leaving the viewer confounded as the details unfold. Drawing subtle beauty from a tempest of line and colour, this haunts without the need for darkness or overt melodrama.
