New range of Australian wine named after AC/DC hits
Who knew AC/DC were vino aficionados? The Australian rockers have just teamed up with Australian winery Warburn Estate to come out with four of their own wines. Named after their biggest hits, there’s a Sauvignon Blanc called Hells Bells, a Shiraz called Back In Black, a Cabernet Sauvignon called Highway To Hell, and a Moscato named after my favourite dance floor number, You Shook Me All Night Long.

What better way to get around town than via the relative luxury of a stretch bicycle. And yes, we believe the designer Wouter Mijland is working on incorporating a spa.
This clip had such an impact on me when it first came out, back in the day. There’s just something so poignant about the idea that some people you pass on the street everyday have a little bit more insight into their world — our world — than we could ever imagine. It’s beautiful and confronting, and it’s all set to the most wonderfully evocative music.
While I’m sure we’ve all considered jumping into a frothy pool of beer, apparently a Beer Spa is actually good for you, with a healthy boost of B-vitamins and minerals in the hops and the giant stein soak could just help your skin. Yup, we agree, trust the Czechs to invent this boozy relaxation! Read more
When Arcade Fire won Album of the Year, a certain percentage of the population had their mindhole explode. This Tumblr page documents the feeling when Eminem and Lady Gaga miss out to some Canuck nobodies.
Chicago’s Cheer Accident started as a post-no-wave weirdo band typical of the Skin Graft roster, but of late, they’ve been doing some unrestrained pop and rock. They even have harmonized vocals and an occasional horn. This isn’t to say they’re commercializing – their songs are just as complex as ever, and there’s still a hint of discordance beneath the shimmering new sound.
