The mundane home lives of Superheroes

Photographer Gregg Segal unravels the notion of infinite cosmic power by capturing superhero impersonators in their mighty costumes as they go about wearisome household chores.

He explains that his work aims to highlight the stark contrast between the fantastic and the mundane, and how the superheroes are unmasked by the monotony of routine chores. I don’t know about you, but this man has successfully destroyed my childhood. I am now aware that Wonder Woman sweeps up dry leaves, just like I do.
