Only in Japan? Well, maybe. Though Oklahoma may be a close second on the radar. It may be weird, but it’s safer and more ethical than the real thing. Nobody is getting trafficked or hurt, and if the dolls are cleaned/sterilized properly, there’s a lower chance of STDs.
