Le Voyeur: a new photo series by Marcela Ferri
Le Voyeur is one of the personal projects of the Brazilian photographer, Marcela Ferri. She calls herself an ‘observer’ and she has the ability to become ‘invisible’ to her models, always taking pictures on the streets or of friends. If you’re an observer and love to watch people, you’ll love this project, too.

Mcbess, aka Matthieu Bessudo, is a very talented French illustrator living in London who has a pretty strong character-driven style which produces very eye-catching compositions. His black and white universe is filled with exaggerated characters and unique retro expressions: a mix of ‘old school’ cartoon, rock’n’roll, retro and modern elements. I’ve been reading Julia Wertz’s web comic, The Fart Party, which is simply a first person account of her every day life. The artwork is pretty rudimentary, but that works to the comic’s advantage, making it rather accessible and earnest seeming. Updated every few days, it’s not hard to keep up, and you never have to wait long to get your next fix.

It’s official, I’m back into jewellery after detoxing from the 2001 chandelier earring craze.
