Laurent Le Deunff
It might appear that Laurent Le Deunff constructed these fleshy, zombie-looking animal sculptures from dirt and deceased beast remains. Fortunately, the French-artist actually made use of Kraft paper, chicken wire, dreadlocks and other varied components. Don’t ask me why, but the series reminds me of elephant dung heels.
