Henry Hargreaves
Henry Hargreaves‘ introduction to the photography industry began in front of the camera as he was the pin-up boy for such revered fashion houses as Prada, YSL, Jil Sander and others and worked with the top photographers in the game. Four years ago, Hargreaves settled in New York and began work out of his studio in Williamsburg, Brooklyn shooting fashion and still life.

Boring still life objects turned into intriguing erotic images
Amsterdam-based photographers Blommers and Niels Schumm both studied at the Gerrit Rietveld Academie in Amsterdam and started working together in 1998. They operate in a zone between fashion, art and photography, with shifting perspectives, where images move back and forth between different meanings. In this shoot for Baron Magazine, Blommers and Schumm made normal objects appear erotic. ‘It’s nice that people think they are perverts, looking at these boring still lifes,’ they say. Heikki Leis was born in Tartu, Estonia, and has lived and worked in the same town for the better part of his life. Zaha Hadid has been announced as the winning architect for the Guggenheim Hermitage Museum, Vilnius, Lithuania. As with the rest of the Guggenheim Museums, the architectural boundaries are pushed. Zaha lets loose with her fluid, energetic architecture and has subsequently deemed the building to be the manifestation of the city’s new cultural significance.
