Burmese food in general is one of my favorites, but Burmese Tea Leaf salad is pretty much up there with coconut ice cream for me.

I am lucky to get this fermented tea leaves salad in San Francisco at a place called Burma Superstar, where they mix all the different ingredients at your table. t’s a flavor explosion of nuts, fermented salty tea leaves, and cabbage.
