Animals with Casts
I’ve seen a lot of strange things on the Internet, but this Tumblr just baffles me. It’s called Animals with Casts, and it’s exactly what it sounds like. Picture after picture of different animals wearing casts.
This depressing (and kind of amusing) site is full of images like Hedgy the hedgehog, wearing a foot cast at the Animal Kingdom Pet Hospital, or Squiggles the yorkie terrier, with a partial body cast in bright red. If that’s not enough for you, you can also pre-order their upcoming book were you can enjoy 160 colour pages of animals with broken limbs in casts. Would make an excellent Get Well Soon gift, right?

Woohoo! Another flash game that actually tests your cognitive abilities. LightBot is a difficult, but satisfying game in which you direct a little robot using a system of simple commands in order to light up various squares on a grid. The first few levels guide you through the seemingly easy process, but when there are multiple sets of directions requiring you to write what are essentially codes, it can get pretty hairy.
