If you’re in New York and looking for something to do this weekend, head to the small town of Wassaic for the Wassaic Project Music and Arts Festival. Why? It’s free, it’s bursting with original creative talent, and it will give you a great excuse to get out of the city and take in the outdoor music, art and locally grown food at Hudson Valley’s newest art enclave. We’re buzzed about the music component, which features 27 acts including She Keeps Bees, The Luyas (featuring members of Arcade Fire and Bell Orchestre) and electronic heroes, Pink Skull.
