By using Tiffany, Paul Smith, and fast food shopping bags, he reminds us that we are in a state of consumer over-indulgence, using up natural resources and need to reconnect to nature. Transforming these bags into the magical world that he creates inspires one to run for the nearest forest and take a little walk, spending time with the real thing.

Canned fish is a staple for me on the road. High in omega-3s, high in protein, and generally low on cost, sardines, mackerel, and wild sockeye salmon out of a tin help keep me healthy when I don’t have access to a kitchen. In the States, I prefer the Bar Harbor brand of canned seafood. If I ever tour Sweden, I’ll have to try Garant based on their label design alone.
How many times can we play the same song in different settings? Hmmm, I don’t know. But it is a hell of a song, from a hell of a band, as that uniquely English oddity, Jules Holland would no doubt concur.

I stumbled upon this cool street style blog that shows original and edgy people on the streets of Helsinki. Punk, Goth, Harajuku, Pin-up or retro, the people featured here have a unique sense of style. Many of the clothes are modified or created by the owners to fit their personalities and each photo has its own description written by the person in the picture.
Despite their over-the-top rockisms (ridiculously monstrous rigs, smoke machines, and high-wattage light show), Jucifer backs the bombast up with some colon-bursting heaviness. The duo from Athens, Gergia, take 90s-era grrl rawk and combines it with slow, plodding, sludge metal like High on Fire on Vicodin.
