Every summer for the last ten years, London’s Serpentine Gallery hosts an ambitious architectural programme by inviting architects who have never designed a building in the city before to create a space on the gallery’s pavilion. This year, renowned French architect Jean Nouvel designed this spectacular, dramatic red building which throughout the summer months will be used as a public space for talks, drinks, and a game of outdoor table tennis.
